‘Reading Club’ Jeonbuk, ‘High Performance Testing Lab’

Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC (hereinafter referred to as Jeonbuk Hyundai) has built the High Performance Testing Lab in the clubhouse.
‘Testing Lab’ is a starting point for realizing sports science as a space for measuring and analyzing the physical core elements for football players such as the strength, nerves, joints and blood of the players through advanced equipment.
Jeonbuk Hyundai plans to conduct customized training and recovery programs based on the data measured in ‘Testing Lab’ to maximize the performance of the athletes and reduce the injury rate.
Jeonbuk Hyundai said that this project will establish a data -based system and support system and will take the lead in the development of the K -League and Korean football as a leading club.
In the testing rap, the most important part of the measurement field, ‘strength/endurance zone’, measures each joint strength such as knee and ankle through the constant muscle muscle force meter.
In addition, the muscle and functions of hamstrings and hip joints are also tested with separate advanced equipment, which helps the athlete’s recovery time and match.
In the body composition and blood indicators, the players’ body fat and blood testing to prevent injuries by checking physiological functions and metabolism such as fatigue and recovery.
The data measured in ‘Testing Lab’ will be prepared for Jeonbuk Hyundai Data Scientist to input and visualize it in the database, share information with the coaching staff with the coaching staff, and prepare in each part to show the best performance in the stadium.
Jeonbuk Hyundai believes that ‘testing rap’ is a strategic space beyond simple testing space, analyzing the team’s performance trends in the long term, and accumulated data will be a big asset for the team.
In particular, the youth team plans to implant the ‘Testing Lab’ system and form a data linkage and network between Youth and Pro, establishing a player management system that enables continuous development of Jeonbuk Hyundai.
