Lokadia’s conviction in the case of Persepolis club’s complaint was rejected by the Sports Arbitration Court.

The CAS Court of Arbitration for Sport has ruled in favor of the former Reds striker in the case of Persepolis’ complaint against Jurgen Lokadia.

Persepolis Club announced in October of last year that it won this case and in addition to being suspended, Lokadia must pay 324 thousand dollars to Persepolis Club as compensation.

However, the former striker of the Reds took the case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. In July of this year, the CAS hearing was held in the appeal case of the Dutch and former Persepolis player.

According to the information received and confirmed by Lukadia’s lawyer, the CAS court has issued its decision in favor of the ex-Palestinian striker. Apparently, this vote was issued on Friday, but Persepolis Club has not yet shown an official reaction to it.

This is despite the fact that FIFA had issued a verdict in the Lokadia case with a fine of 324,000 dollars and a six-month suspension of this player and the solidarity role of the Chinese club, but now the sentence has completely changed.

Lokadia managed to defeat Persepolis in a situation where the Reds had opened a special account for the compensation of 30 billion from this player, but in the end, the former striker of this team managed to turn the tables in the Supreme Sports Court.

Persepolis club considers this ruling to be the result of the judge’s political considerations and believes that FIFA’s decision should have been approved.
