69 years old Kim Moo -soon wins the Dream Tour… Phoei’s oldest championship
Kim Moo -soon, the 69 -year -old Korean 3 Cushion 1st generation, was on the top of the Dream (Part 2) Tour.
Kim Moo-soon defeated Mawon-hee to the set score 3-0 (15:14, 15: 7, 15: 8) at the Dream Tour Opening Finals held at KINTEX PBA Stadium in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do on the 15th. At the age of 69, 9 days, 9 days, he became the oldest winner of the PBA Tour.
Kim Moo -soon, who won the winning prize of 10 million won and a ranking point of 10,000 won, set up a foothold for re -entry. Kim Moo -soon went down to the 61st place last season, and fell to the second part, dropping out of the cue school competition.
However, with the opening of the second part of the second tour, he turned to the green light for the first part of the next season.
Kim Moo -soon won the finals in a full set in the quarter -finals and quarterfinals, but did not show any physical difficulties at all.
Kim Moo -soon won a dramatic reversal with one set of one set against Mawon -hee, and overwhelmed his opponent in the second set, and then scored a successful point in the three sets.
Kim Moo -soon is a three -cushion champion of the Korean Professional Billiards Tournament, hosted by the Korean Billiards Association, the predecessor of the Korean Billiards Federation in 1986, and was the elder who was fourth in the 1998 Bangkok Asian Games.
Kim Moo -soon showed his enthusiasm for the PBA Challenge (Part 3) in 2020, and showed his strength in the first part of the 2024-2025 season.
Kim Moo -soon said in a press conference after the finals, “I was relegated to last season and was hurt. I’ve been climbing and lowering the stairs on an apartment on a 30 -story apartment every four months ago, and I’ve been physically improved. I’m the first championship in Phoei.
Meanwhile, Phoei will enter the ‘Welcome Savings Bank PBA Team League 2025-2026 1st Round’ from the 22nd.
