The Korea Sports Association celebrated its 105th anniversary and held a vision ceremony.
The Korea Sports Association held the 105th anniversary event at the Taereung Athletes Village Champion House in Nowon -gu, Seoul.
More than 100 sports officials attended the event, including Chairman Yoo Seung -min, Secretary -General Kim Nam -mi, Kim Taek -soo, former Chairman Lee Yeon -taek, former Secretary -General Cho Jae -ki, former chief of Kim In -gun, and Chairman of the National Sports Promotion Corporation.
The chairman of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), who was elected in March and took office last month, also attracted attention by participating in burns.
Before the announcement of the future blueprint of the athletic council, there were also awards for 29 merit in each field that contributed to the development of physical education.
The Sports Association presented the slogan ‘No healthy future society without sports’ and presented four core values (fair, innovation, trust, win -win) and 12 strategic tasks.
Chairman Yoo Seung -min said, “We will pursue responsible changes without settling in the glory of the past 105 years. We will try to be reborn as a reliable sports society.”
