Pohang Oberdan, K -League ‘Fan Eleven’ voting to confront Newcastle

Pohang Stefielers’ midfielder Oberdan was ranked first in the ‘Team K -League’ vote against Newcastle, the English League Cup (Carabao Cup) championship in the 2024-2025 season.

The Korea Professional Football Federation announced on the 15th that Oberdan won the most voting with 22,28 votes in the K -League ‘Fan Eleven’ vote for the 2025 Kupang Play Series Newcastle, which will be held at the Suwon World Cup Stadium on the 15th.

Based on the list submitted by 12 K -League 1 team, Fan Eleven selected the K -League’s official application ‘Kick’ (KICK) voting on the 4th and 13th after the Federation Technical Committee selected four times candidates for each position.

Following the Oberdan, Lee Tae -seok, a side defender who played in Pohang, was ranked second in the overall voting with 22,699 votes, and Jeonbuk Hyundai’s striker Jeon Jin -woo, who scored 12 goals (12 goals) this season, was ranked third with 22,397 votes. The fourth place was Kim Mun -hwan (Daejeon, 22,159 votes), and the fifth place was Kim Jin -kyu (Jeonbuk, 2832 votes).

In addition to Jeon Jin -woo, Lee Dong -kyung (Gimcheon, 19,220 votes) and Asani (Gwangju, 17,7980 votes) were selected, while Overdan, Kim Jin -kyu, and Boyanich (Ulsan, 17,380 votes) were named.

As a defender, Park Jin -seop (Jeonbuk, 19,9034 votes) and Kio (Daegu, 18,8727 votes) were selected along with Lee Tae -seok and Kim Mun -hwan. Cho Hyun -woo (Ulsan, 19,373 votes), the national chief gatekeeper, will keep the goal of the team K -League for four consecutive years since 2022.

Han Hyun -seo of Pohang was ranked first in the Cuple Youngple voting, which selects a player under 22 years old, who played the most outstanding play this season. Kim Pan -gon’s team coach K -League and Lee Jung -hyo will select additional players. The position and the allocation of each team are considered here.
