Finally, the 14 -minute wall was broken at the 5000m athletic woman. Kenya Athletic Star Beartris Cavet, 25, won the 2025 Eugene Diamond League & Priffon Tain Classic Women’s 5000m at the Eugene Hayward Field in Duck Gun, USA on the 6th (Korea time). This is a world record that shortened the 14th minute 00 seconds 21, which was written in Hayward Field in September 2023 by Kudap Tsui (Ethiopia), 2 seconds and 15. The PCet was also named as a 5000m world record holder following the 10000m world record (28:54 seconds 14) last September.

The Passet is the strongest in the long distance of the active duty of 5000m and 10000m gold medals in the Paris Olympics last year. I have been writing history on Kenya athletics. At the age of 18, at the age of 18, Tempere 2018 was not an Ethiopian player, but for the first time in 2006, he won the 5000m athletic championship under 20 years old. In 2023, the women’s 5km world record was also set.

In this tournament, it became the first woman to be over 14 minutes from 5000m. “The Passet has been strengthening at the last 200m,” said the world’s specialized media world runner. He passed 3000m at 8:22 seconds 96 and passed 1.04 seconds later than the face required for a record of less than 14 minutes. However, he ran strongly with 200m until the finish line and beat all other players. In an interview with the World Athletics Federation, the Passet expressed his feelings that “I am happy to be the first woman to run less than 14 minutes.”

The world record came from other events on this day. Face Keep Yegon (Kenya) reversed the woman’s 1500m to 3:48 seconds 68, shortening the previous record of 3:49 seconds 04 in July last year. Keep Yegon is the main character of the women’s 1500m Olympics.
