Mo Jae -hyun (28, Gangwon FC) made his debut in the 2017 season in Suwon FC uniform. Mo Jae -hyun has since went through FC Anyang and Gyeongnam FC. Mo Jae -hyun was in the K -League 2 until the 2023 season played in Gyeongnam. K -League 1 never experienced. Mo Jae -hyun’s K -League 2 records are 26 goals and 19 assists in 164 games including playoffs.

Mo Jae -hyun enlisted after 2023. Mo Jae -hyun made his debut in the K -League 1 in the 2024 season wearing the Gimcheon Sangmu uniform. Mo Jae -hyun showed steady performance. Mo Jae -hyun scored four goals and three assists in 25 league games in the K -League 1 debut season (2024).

Mo Jae -hyun headed to Gangwon after June 14th. Kangwon showed great interest in the versatile striker Mo Jae -hyun, who had a connection with post play, fast feet, and dribbling ability.

Mo Jae -hyun is scoring one goal and one assist in 3 games in K -League 1 in Gangwon. As soon as he joins Gangwon after the whole world, he is active at the core of the attack.

Mo Jae -hyun also tasted the joy of selecting the first national team.

Mo Jae-hyun will participate in the 2025 East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) E-1 Football Championship, which will be held with the Taegeuk Mark on July 7.

The national team is the dream of all players. I am very happy to be called by the national team.

Q. Are you looking forward to being called by the national team?

I did a little (laughs). After there was a list of the list, I looked for my name, but I couldn’t find it. I vowed to do better. Luckily, I joined the national team with additional selection. Is it a dramatic selection? So it seemed better.

Q. I think I received a lot of congratulations.

I received a lot of congratulations from my family and acquaintances. Family and relatives changed their KakaoTalk profile. It was a photo and message celebrating my national team. I said, “Don’t be too over.” Everyone rejoiced like his own work. If the national team has a chance, I will prepare to show good performance.

Q. What did Gangwon Jung Kyung -ho talk?

Director Chung Kyung -ho sincerely congratulated me. The bishop told me, “It’s a start. Do it well.”

Q. I debuted in the 2017 Suwon FC and experienced only 20 K -Leagues when I played in Gyeongnam in the 2023 season. I have experienced the K League 1 since the 2024 season after enlistment. Since then, the growth rate seems to be incredibly fast.

It seems to have grown every year after debuting in the pro. The more I played, the more I felt what the professional world was. In the K League 2, I gradually gained experience and headed for K League 1. In the K -League 1, it seems to have adapted quickly to the previous experience.

Q. What do you feel the biggest difference between K League 1 and K League 2?

It is personal ability. In the K League 1, one mistake leads to defeat. There is a high probability of a mistake when you make a mistake. The good thing about K League 1 is that you can do it with more fans. Playing in front of many fans is a big motivation for players. Soccer seems to be getting more and more fun.

Q. Didn’t you debut in the K -League 1 in the 2024 season in the Gimcheon uniform? What did you learn and feel the most while serving in the military?

Before enlisting, I thought I was good at defense. Not. There was a lot of lack. I met with Kim Cheon Jung -yong and learned defense and basics again. As I grew up gradually, I felt that I had a lot of shortcomings. I would like to continue to save my strengths with the advanced defense.

Q. Isn’t it an attacker? What attacker is the ‘good defense’ attacker?

He is an attacker who knows when he needs to go forward and defend and keep his seat to the opponent. Don’t try to take away your opponent’s ball unconditionally. It is important to keep the ball from entering the dangerous area while holding the location well. The attacker is also a good time to survive. I will try to continue to show my skills.

Q. Didn’t you just have been in the whole world? Gimcheon continues to produce national team players. What is the secret?

I think the leadership of coaching staff, including Jung Jung -yong, is the first. Gimcheon usually forms a team of peers. Athletes talked a lot inside and outside the ground. As I prepared for the game in a pleasant atmosphere, my breathing seemed to fit better. Gimcheon produced several national teams, giving other players a great motivation. I was convinced that if I worked hard here, I could be a national team.

Q. I know that this summer has received the attention of many teams, including Gangwon. Why did you choose Kangwon?

Kangwon wanted the player named Jae -hyun. Director Chung Kyung -ho continued to pay attention to me. I was told by the players that “I really want you to see you.” I was convinced that Gangwon football would fit me well. If you play in Gangwon, soccer will be more fun. So I chose Gangwon.

Q. I think departure from Gangwon is very good. He has scored one goal and one assist in three K -League 1 matches wearing Gangwon uniforms.

The first goal of heading to Gangwon was the selection of the national team. It was faster than I thought of that goal (laughs). Now is the beginning. If the national team has a chance, I will prove that it is a helpful player. The team will show a steady development. Kangwon will definitely rebound in the second half of this season.

Q. What are the determination to come to the E-1 Football Championship?

I want to show my abilities. If you decide to do it very well, you can’t play soccer. I will pour out everything from the training ground as I did. If you have a chance, I will show you that Mo Jae -hyun is competitive.
