ACC Men’s U19 Asian Cup | Men’s U19 Japan National Team Announcement

The 14 members of the Japan Men’s U19 Team who will participate in the 2024 ACC Men’s U19 Asian Cup have been decided.

The captains, Hardgrave – Koji Abe, Hinds Charyujo, Kato – Kazuma Stafford, and Yamamoto – Lake Keefer, made their debut with the Japan Men’s National Team in 2024.

Also, Umi Wall,Nakayama – Cook Skyla,Three players, including Yuto Tanishimoda, will be selected for the first time, while Yonekawa-Lin Max will be returning for the first time since June 2023.

The tournament will be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from November 29th to 8th. The 8 teams are divided into 2 groups of 4 teams each and play a league match, with the top 2 teams from each group advancing to the semi-finals. Japan is scheduled to play league matches in Group A against India, Pakistan, and UAE. Group B consists of Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh.

  • Moore Timothy Natsuki (Lions Cricket Club/Chiba Sharks Cricket Club)
  • Yuto Yashimoda (Sano Braves/Sano Cricket Club)*
  • Yamamoto – Lake Keefer (Sano Cricket Club)
  • Yonekawa – Lin Max (Chiba Sharks Cricket Club)

  • Monday, December 2, 14:30: India vs. Japan (Sharjah)

  • Sunday, December 8th 14:30: Final
