Park Chan -sook’s Women’s Basketball Team of Seodaemun -gu Office wins the Unemployment Federation
The players who had a chance to give up their dreams went on a hungry camp this year. Seodaemun -gu Office Women’s Basketball Team, which won the national competition after the founding of last year, won two consecutive games in the National Unemployment Basketball Federation in 2025.
Seodaemun-gu Office, led by Park Chan-sook, defeated Sacheon City Hall to 52-49 in the final match of the 2025 Taebaek Market Cup National Unemployment Basketball Federation held at the Taebaek Highland Gymnasium in Gangwon-do on the 29th. The tournament competed with four teams in the full league. Seodaemun-gu Office won the Sacheon City Hall on the 27th, followed by the Daegu Metropolitan City Hall (67-40) and Gimcheon City Hall (46-40) on the 28th. Park Chan -sook, who led the two consecutive victories, was also awarded a leader.
Seodaemun -gu Office Women’s Basketball Team is a team where people who have been playing basketball for many reasons, such as a player who have not received a professional nomination. Park Chan -sook, director of ‘Women’s Basketball History’, who wrinkled the professional stage, took the head tower to lead the players. With few unemployment basketball teams, their appearance in March 2023 had many meanings. He helped to break the perception that he should be a professional, and realized the preciousness of the earnest heart that he did not give up. At the time of the founding, as Park said, “I will help the wounded players dream again,” the players have been trained not to let go of the opportunity to caught again, and they are currently seeing a large amount of current two years later.
Seodaemun -gu Office Women’s Basketball Team will participate in the 80th National Men’s and Women’s Basketball Competition, which will be held in Yeonggwang, Jeonnam from July 25.
