National team development team selection
A selection of representative training athletes organized by our association was held at Sano International Cricket Ground.
During the selection sessions held over two weekends, coach Cameron Tradel, invited from Australia, was once again in charge. We were able to see the players who have trained in accordance with the coach’s guidance and have grown up.
About 30 people participated in the women’s selection event held on Sunday, March 19th and Monday, March 20th over two days, and we were able to meet new players, including those with no experience in cricket.
Approximately 50 people were scheduled to participate in the men’s selection event held on Saturday, March 25th and Sunday, March 26th, but unfortunately, several players were unable to participate due to the bad weather on Sunday.
The weather was good on all days except Sunday, and we were able to successfully complete the selection process. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you who participated in the selection event, the volunteers, and to everyone who helped promote cricket this year.
The national team’s national team is scheduled to be announced next weekend.
