The Croatian Socca team won the quarterfinals of the World Cup

Croatian Socca football team won the quarterfinals of the Muscat World Cup with a 1-0 win against Italy.
The only goal scored Carlo Darojkoviin the 35th minute. Darojkovic pointed out that the match was more difficult than expected because of high temperatures, but praised the effort and endurance of the Croatian team, which managed to achieve a well -deserved victory.
“A much more difficult match than expected. It was hellish playing almost thirty degrees here, we were catching every breath. We hoped that the Italians would come to the fore for being a much older team than us and that they would be harder in these conditions, but they showed quality. Still, in the end our deserved victory and I hope we will go to the end”said Darojkovic.
“I am glad that I can contribute to the national team with goals, but it is important that we went on. In the quarterfinals I definitely expect a fight. We’ll go to my head so what is. We hope for the best”he added.
In the quarterfinals, Croatia will face Mexico, which was more successful in previous matches at the last World Cup, where Croatia won the group (1-0) and in the match for third place (2-0). This quarterfinal match will be held at 16:40 by Croatian time, and the national team hopes for the rematch and further success in the championship.
