Changes to the secretariat system

The organization of our association’s secretariat has been changed. Please refer to the following for information on the positions, duties and business activities of each employee.
(The secretariat system has changed due to the resignation of our association’s staff member Kawakubo.)

Secretary General

• Miyaji Naoki
  Duties: Overview of the Secretariat and its businesses.
  Businesses in charge: Strengthening relationships in the city of cricket, Cricket for Smiles, Tohoku region

Cricket Business Manager

• Alan Kerr
  Duties: Oversees the cricket business and assists the secretary general along with the office manager.
  Businesses in charge: Japan representative, East Asian Cup, Leadership Seminar, Yokohama Cricket Blast, Human Resource Exchange, South Kanto and Tokai Regions

Office Manager

• Kubota Makoto
  Duties: Oversees the general affairs and accounting business, and assists the secretary general along with the general manager of cricket.
  Businesses in charge: Japan Cup Finals, General Affairs and Accounting Support for Regional Associations, Improvement of Office Environment, Organizational Strengthening, Compliance, Website Renewal, North Kanto and Kinki Regions

Community Cricket Manager

• Dougle Beddingfield
  Job duties: Build and improve the tournament structure and the athlete path from U15 to seniors.
  Businesses in charge: Japan U15/U19 League, Japan U19/U15 League National Finals, Adjusting the schedule of tournaments, Supporting the operation of JPL, Supporting the JCL’s committee, Supporting the Japan Cup Regional Tournament Committee, Annual Award Ceremony, Hokkaido, East Kanto, Hokushinetsu, Kyushu Region

Junior Promotion Coordinator

• Miyaji Naomi
  Duties: Building and improving junior extension programs and promoting the creation of a “cricket town” in key areas.
  Projects in charge: – Cricket Blast Program, Akishima Supporter Club, Student Federation Support, Women’s Committee Support, Curriculum Guidelines Survey, Western Kanto Region

Administration Officer

• Motojima Yukiko
  Duties: Performs general affairs and accounting duties.
  Businesses in charge: Membership (player) registration management, ground reservation management, Japan U15 League national final tournament, annual award ceremony

Sano Development Officer

• Otorii Yuki
  Duty: Perform cricket duties in the creation of the “Cricket Town Sano.”
  Businesses in charge: Sano Cricket Blast, Sano Working League, Japan U19 League National Finals

Sano Administration Officer

• Fujita Masami
  Duties: Performs general affairs duties in the creation of the “Cricket Town Sano.”
  Business in charge: Sano Supporter Club

Sano Junior Club Manager

  Duties: Oversee Sano Junior Club.

Akishima Development Officer

  Duty: Performs duties related to the creation of “Akishima, the town of cricket.”
