Condemnation of 11 billion Foulad with Soroush Rafiei’s complaint to CAS – Red Khabar – Persepolis News

Soroush Rafiei sued the International Sports Court and sentenced Khuzestan Steel Club to pay the amount of 11 billion and 746 million tomans.

The audited financial statement of Khuzestan Steel Club for the financial year ending on June 31, 1403, under the name of Khuzestan Steel Future Makers Company, was posted on the Kedal website on October 25, 1403.

According to the explanatory notes of the financial statement, Khuzestan Steel Club was sentenced to pay 11 billion seven hundred and forty six million Tomans due to Soroush Rafiei’s complaint.

Soroush Rafiei protested the decision of the Football Federation’s players’ status committee and took his case against Foolad to the International Court of Sports (CAS).

In June 1400, according to the decision of the status committee, with the defense of Foulad Club, the complaint regarding damages and compensation was rejected. At that time, despite this player’s complaint of 300,000 dollars, Khuzestan Steel Club was sentenced to pay only 75,000 dollars.

Now, after 3 years, Rafiei followed up in the International Court of Sports and condemned Foulad to pay 359,071 US dollars.
