Tractor and Biranvand also took Persepolis’ case to CAS

The Tabriz Tractor Club and the goalkeeper of the team have filed a complaint with Persepolis to the Supreme Court of Sport (CAS).

After the Persepolis club filed a complaint with the tractor club and Alireza Biranvand to the CAS court, today (Wednesday) the Tabrizi Club and Biranvand protested their appeal to the CAS Court of Appeal and 4 -month deprivation.

The Tractor Club has used a foreign lawyer in this case and has filed the initial vote of the status committee and the Appeals Committee in the case.

The Persepolis Club in the case seeks to prove the seduction of Biranvand by the tractor and the Tabrizi club to prove its goalkeeper’s legal termination.

The lawsuit, along with the status committee’s votes, appeals and reports of the case expert and several testimonies, was accompanied by a thousand Swiss francs to file a complaint. In this case, Biranvand has requested a triple arbitration because he complained to Persepolis as the plaintiff and the federation as a vote exporter.
