It is a word that appears every time I interview Suwon FC players. Kim Eun -joong’s careful players are the core of the dramatic change of the 6th place Gwangju FC and the four points of the victory.

Kim Eun-joong secures numerical advantage in the midfield based on the 4-5-1 formation and analyzes the individual’s ability to highlight the advantages and the weaknesses are complemented in the team system.

The most noticeable change is the asymmetrical operation of the left and right fullback.
