Men’s Golf Jang Yu-bin wins Genesis Grand Prize, lowest score, and 6 other titles
Jang Yu-bin (22) was honored with 6 crowns this season.
Jang Yu-bin won six titles, including the grand prize, at the 2024 Korea Professional Golf (KPGA) Genesis Awards ceremony held at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas Grand Ballroom in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 15th.
Yubin Jang participated in 21 competitions this season, winning the Gunsan CC Open and the Baeksong Holdings-Asiade CC Busan Open, and taking second place five times, accumulating 8,002 Genesis points and winning the grand prize for the first time in her life.
Yubin Jang received a bonus prize of 200 million won and a Genesis vehicle. In addition to the 5-year KPGA Tour seeding, he received 1-year DP World Tour seeding, direct qualification to PGA Tour Q-School, and the right to participate in the 2025 PGA Tour Genesis Scotties Open.
Jang Yu-bin, who exceeded 1 billion won in prize money in a single season for the first time in history, won first place in prize money (1.129 billion won), first place in top 10 performance (11 times), lowest batting award, Deokchun Award (69.4085 strokes), and long batting award (average drive distance 311.350). Yards) and won six titles, including the Skill Development Award.
The Outstanding Rookie Award went to Song Min-hyuk (20), and the Nikon Fairway Landing Rate Award went to Kim Hak-hyeong (32, average 71.7252%).

The average putt award went to Heo In-hoe (37), who recorded 1.7074. Heo In-hoe has received this award for four consecutive years starting in 2021.
This season’s KPGA Tour was held in 22 tournaments, and the total prize money was more than 27.5 billion won, the largest ever.
