“Need to include, balance, and innovation to implement Lee Jae -myung’s sports policy”
It was pointed out that the policy of inclusion, balance, and innovation is needed in order to achieve the new government’s sports key, ‘Everyone enjoying sports’.
Kim Min -cheol, a professor at Chosun University (Sports Industry), was held on the 23rd at the Olympic Parktel in Songpa -gu, Seoul. He emphasized the importance of participating governance composition (innovation).
Professor Kim divided the Lee Jae -myung government’s sports policy into three categories: guaranteeing universal sports rights, activating regional sports for balanced national development, and establishing a sustainable sports ecosystem. Professor Kim presented seven strategies, including the establishment of the Korean sports welfare organization such as the Sports Agency, the designation of the local sports industry, and the financial support for the modernization of sports clusters.
Kwon Soon -yong, a professor at Seoul National University (physical education), said, “I agree with the right policy direction of the city. I hope that there will be a in -depth discussion on the concept of sports policy and semantic implementation strategies of three keywords.”
Yoon Sung -man, a professor at Seoul National University of Science and Technology (Business Administration), proposed a plan to deduct income such as professional baseball and soccer. Professor Yoon said, “When targeting earners with an annual income of less than 70 million won, the government has a decrease in tax revenues, but the expected effect of production, added value and employment is much more effective.” Professor Yoon said, “If you deduct the expenses of professional sports, the tax revenue will be reduced by 5.3 billion won, but it is analyzed that there is an economic ripple effect of more than 43 billion won.” In addition, if the deduction of lessons from the gym and the swimming pool from 50%to 100%, there is a reduction in tax revenues of 5 billion won, but there is a ripple effect of more than 18 billion won. He added, “You must deduct your sports facility education expenses for elementary school students.”
Kim Mi -ok, a professor at Hansa University (Sports Industry), pointed out that “the sports facility will increase even if the population decreases. If one person participates in two or three sports, and many times a week, public sports facilities are still needed.”
In relation to this, Kim Sang -hoon, a senior researcher at the Sports Science Institute (Economics), said, “There is no land in the metropolitan area, but there is a lack of sports facilities in the province, and in the province, there is a difficulty in management. The most important thing is to open a school sports facility close to 10 minutes from home. Do it. ”
