President Trump’s Turnberry Golf Course
US President Donald Trump was found to have rejected R & A, an organization for the request to hold Diofen (British Open) at his golf course.
R & A’s chief executive officer of R & A unveiled at a press conference on the 17th (Korea Time), a day before the opening of the Diofen, and discussed the issue of returning the turnberry golf club to the venue for the diopen venue.
The turnberry is included in the 10 golf courses (Open Rota) held by R & A as the Diofen. However, since the last tournament in 2009, Diofen has not been held on the turnberry.
Trump, who became the owner of the 2014 turnberry, seems to want to hold Diofen’s turnberry through diplomatic channels. He visited England after his inauguration and mentioned that he was the owner of the turnberry at a joint press conference hosted by Prime Minister Ker Stammer. Trump will meet again with Prime Minister Summer at his golf resort in Aberdinshire, Scotland at the end of this month.
In an interview with Bibic City, Dabon, the chief executive, admitted that “the British government has also talked about how to hold Diofen on Turnberry.”
However, the chief executive of Dabon said, “Our position on the turnberry is clear. As you can see from the setting size of the Royal Port Rush this year, there are many challenges we need to solve on the roads, railroads, and accommodations in the turnberry.”
In order to hold a large -scale competition like Diofen, there must be enough accommodation and transportation networks. 120,000 people gathered in the past turnberry competition, but 280,000 people are expected to attract 280,000 audiences at the Royal Port Rush. For the tournament, the regional economic effect is also important.
