GS Sports Professional Football Team FC Seoul signed a partnership with the global distributed AI cloud company, Theta Network, and launched the official AI fan agent ‘Seoul Mate’.

Fans can use Seoul Mate directly on the official FC Seoul website, and you can check and ask questions in real time for various information such as game schedule, player information, ticket reservation, and historical records in real time.

Seoul Mate, which supports both Korean and English, is a pleasant and intuitive interactive AI chatbot, which will further strengthen digital communication with fans. It is especially significant in that it is possible to constantly communicate during the season as well as during the season.

Through this collaboration, FC Seoul became the first team to introduce the K -League for the first time, and Theta Network entered the Asian football market based on the collaboration experience with the NBA Houston Rokitsu, NHL Vegas Golden Knights, and MLS San Jose Earl Squake.

Theta Network co -founder and CEO Mitch Liu said, “We are very happy to provide FC Seoul fans with a new way of communication. Seoul Mate is the beginning of an innovative AI service that can expand its fan experience outside the stadium.”

FC Seoul plans to expand its fan experience using AI services through collaboration with global distributed AI cloud company Theta Network.
