Persepolis’ complaint of tractor and Biranvand in CAS court

The Persepolis Club officially filed a complaint with Alireza Biranvand and the Tractor Club on “player seduction” in the High Sports Court (CAS).

According to Persepolis Club website, the Iranian Football Federation’s Appeals Committee in its final vote refused the tractor to be charged with seductive termination of Alireza Biranvand, while voting for four months of Biranvand and paying compensation by him and the tractor club.

The Persepolis Club decided to file a complaint against the tractor and Biranvand in the CAS to fulfill its right and to clarify the various dimensions of the case.

The file of this complaint in the Supreme Court of Sports reflects the club’s legal pursuit and also an attempt to help enforce contracts in Iranian football.
