(OSEN = Go Sung -hwan) Can ‘K League 1 strongest’ Jeonbuk Hyundai continues the dream of the second crown of season? Jeonbuk, who has forgotten the 22nd game, continues the journey for the Korea Cup.

Jeonbuk Hyundai will compete with Gangwon FC in the first leg of the 2025 Hana Bank Korea Cup semi -finals held at the Jeonju World Cup Stadium on the 20th at 7:00 pm. The second leg of both teams will take place on the 27th at the Gangneung Sports Complex.

Jeonbuk defeated Daejeon Hana Citizen and FC Seoul in this competition and spent the semifinals. Gangwon caught the K3 Siheung Citizens’ Football Team in the round of 16, and then climbed Daegu in the quarter -finals.

Jeonbuk and Gangwon met on the road to the finals. The two teams are winners in the first and second rounds and winners in order of multi -scores, and no away scores are not applied. Even after the second game, all of them will determine the main character of the final ticket with overtime and penalty shootouts.

The final opponent will be the winner of the K -League 1 Gwangju FC and the K -League 2 Bucheon FC1995. The long -awaited finals will be held at the Seoul World Cup Stadium on December 6th. Therefore, this is the last Korea Cup match held at the Jeonju World Cup Stadium.

Jeonbuk is nothing rough this season. In the Gus Poe supervisory system, he succeeded in reviving the master. He has defeated the previous round Daegu 3-0 and is running undefeated (17 wins and 5 draws) in K-League 1. This is the third -largest record in the K -League.

Naturally, the ranking is overwhelming. Jeonbuk scored 60 points with 18 wins and 6 draws and 2 losses in 26 games, maintaining 17 points with the second place Gimcheon (43 points). Final A is already confirmed. If this is the case, it is possible to surpass the record of the most wins (86) and the minimum match (33 games), which was established by Choi Kang -hee, Jeonbuk in 2018.

Jeonbuk plans to show the rise in the Korea Cup in the league that will not stop. If it’s momentum, it’s enough for five years. Jeon Jin -woo, who had no attack points in the last six games, succeeded in taking a goal in Daegu, and ‘Italian bomber’ Companyo is also a multi -goal.

If Jeonbuk wins the tournament, he will win the most (six times) with Pohang Steelers. Jeonbuk was a traditional Korea Cup, but the 2022 tournament is the last championship. Jeonbuk is aiming for a champion once again in three years.

Kangwon, who had to stop Jeonbuk’s run, took the semi -final stage in four years. If you catch Jeonbuk in the final road, you will be the first to win the Korea Cup final in the club’s history.

However, the recent trend of Gangwon is not good. Unlike Jeonbuk, he scored four draws and one loss in five league games and never won. The poor scores of two consecutive games and the last score (24 goals) are holding up. The ranking is also in the mid -range competition.

In addition, Gangwon will be the first Asian Football Federation (AFC) Champions League Elite (ACLE) stage since its inception in October. Considering the fierce K -League No. 1 fight and the ACLE schedule, it is difficult to devote everything into the Korea Cup. Attention is drawn to whether Jung Kyung -ho will choose or focus on choice and concentration.

Of course, there is no need to be scared in Gangwon -do. Whoever it is, it’s because it’s the team that was most recently defeated against Jeonbuk. Gangwon scored Jeonbuk 1-0 with Kim Kyung-min’s theater goal at the Jeonju World Cup Stadium in March. Since then, it has been defeated in two confrontations, but it is Gangwon to meet Jeonbuk with good memories and confidence.
