Yoon Jang -ho and Kim Min -sung, who suffered a fire accident in Cheonan Elementary School in March 2003, will be appointed as an honorary player of Cheonan City FC.
The professional football K -League 2 Thousand City FC announced on the 10th that it will appoint two soccer members who have suffered a fire accident in Cheonan in 2003 as an honorary player.
The commission event will be held in the K -League 2 Hwasung FC held at the Cheonan Stadium on the 12th at 7:00 pm.
In March 2003, nine out of 24 footballers who sleeped in a fire in Cheonan’s early football team died. Yoon Jang -ho and Kim Min -sung, who became an honorary player, were Cheonan -cho soccer member. Kang Min -woo, who is from Cheonan -cho soccer team, who lost his brother at the time, is also in charge of ‘Match Ball Delivery’ in this game. ‘Match Ball Delivery’ refers to delivering the ball to the referee before the start of the game.
The Cheonan team said, “I applaud the lives of those who live with the memory without ignoring the painful memories of the region through this commissioning ceremony.”
