Lee Soo-kyung, chairman of the Korea Ice Federation, was appointed as the head of the Korea Squadron of the 2026 Milan-Corti Nadam-cho Winter Olympics.
The Korea Sports Association said on the 23rd, “We have selected Chairman Lee Soo -kyung as the leader in consideration of the contribution to the domestic and international sports development, the competence of the international referee, the sports leadership, and the various field experiences.
Lee Soo -kyung, a figure skating player, has been elected to the International Ice Skating Federation (ISU) data operator, international referee, and the Korean Ice Federation.
Chairman Lee Soo -kyung, the president of Sambo Motors PL Group, the auto parts manufacturing company, said, “We will do our best to help the players to play their skills, pride, and play proudly.”
The Winter Olympics will be held from February 6 to 22 in Milan and Corti Nadamfecho, and about 5,000 athletes from 90 countries will compete in eight sports and 16 details.
