Lim Jin -hee and Lee So -mi won the championship at the LPGA Tour Dow Championship.
Lim Jin -hee and Lee So -mi hit eight birdies in the fourth round held in the Midalland Country Club (par 70, 6,287 yards) in Michigan, USA on the 30th (Korea time).
With the final 20 under par 260 strokes, they entered the overtime with the same rhythm of Lexy Thompson-Megancan (US), and caught a birdie in the first hole. The winning prize is $ 80,381 ($ 1,900 million).
Lim Jin -hee and Lee So -mi, the second year of the US stage, won the first win by winning the only two -person match of the Elpi A Tour. In the KLPGA Tour, Lim Jin -hee won six wins and five wins. This is the first time a Korean player has won the competition.
The tournament was held in the first and third rounds and four rounds. Lee So-mi caught a birdie in the 17th hole (par 4) and dragged the game as a co-lead with Thompson-Cancan, who finished the game.
The extra time was converted into a four -som method where two people played as one ball, and in the extra time in the 18th hole (par 3 · 144 yards), Lim Jin -hee sent a ball about 2.5 meters to the hole cup.
Lim Jin -hee said in a broadcast interview after the championship, “It would have been difficult to win if I was alone,” and Lee said, “I had a hard rookie season last year.
Kim Se-young, who had a group of Korean player Auston Kim (USA), was tied for 16 under par 264 strokes, and Park Sung-hyun and Yoon-na Joe finished in the 13 under par 267 strokes and 18th place.
