Persepolis Club is unable to pay the Russian club’s consent to recruit its Iranian striker.
The Persepolis Club faced a high consent after negotiations with the Orenburg Club to recruit Iranian striker Saeed Saharkhizan.
Orrenburg, who initially requested nearly five million euros to issue a salary, was willing to discount it to two million euros, but it is not paid by Persepolis to make the young striker who is still pursuing his purchase.
The Persepolis Club focused its budget for the striker on foreign options to make his Turkish coach Ismail Cartal comfortable.
