Farshid Taheri in an interview with the Iranian Football League website in response to Reza Kermanshahi’s remarks from Persepolis club officials after the first week’s match with Fajr Shahid Sepasi said: “I do not know what his careful responsibility is in Persepolis and if he is responsible for the club, why not even transferred to the club. In the meantime, the budget ceiling instruction is for the third consecutive season to be implemented in the Premier League. Mr. Kermanshahi seems to have no information about the law despite having responsibility at the club, and surprisingly states that they have recently announced the budget ceiling.
He added: “The league transfer unit does the club transfer affairs and all clubs are equal to the law. It is unfortunate that the club has no information about the provisions and regulations of the transfer and competitions.

Like other clubs, the Persepolis Club has done its affairs, and Reza Darvish, the club’s CEO, Mohammad Ansari and Mohammad Emamordi, have been the last opportunity for Persepolis’ relevant transfer and not even one to submit the transfers to the organization. If a player has a problem with signing or adjusting it and any other issue in concluding a contract with any club, this is internal and related to the club and the league organization cannot interfere with the club’s internal affairs.
